RES General Manager Came to Nanjing Mankate For Visit, Self Undercutting Anchor Was The Highlight!

On 25th,11, Hamdan, the general manger of RES, who came from Jordan, came to Nanjing Mankate for visit. He was warmly welcomed by our president and general manager.

Before Hamdan came to Nanjing Mankate, he had already gained some information from our English website, including carbon fiber sheet, various anchors and adhesives which are all manufactured by Mankate. He knew these products were widely used in constructional engineering in China and abroad, before coming to Mankate, he had made a call. Through communication, he had great interests in our products with high quality and abundant strength. For further understanding and cooperation, he finally decided to came to Nanjing Mankate for a visit and on-the-spot investigation.

  In the morning, our foreign trade staff had introduced to him about NJMKT’s main products and showed him samples. They had explained anchor’s feature, technology, range of application in detail, and showed him about the advantage of carbon fiber sheet and structural adhesives.  Hamdan had expressed his admiration and appreciation for the large amount and various kinds of Mankate’s products, and his approval for patented products owned by Mankate.

Among those products that attracted his much attention, dismountable anchor and carbon fiber sheet were new products for him, and he asked many questions such as the application or installation of the two products. All questions were all heartily answered. For dismountable anchor, it can be used for a long time and the anchor rod inside the anchor can be changed again and again . For carbon fiber sheet, it abounds in low weight and easy construction. It can be trimmed according to requirements and components in different sizes. Besides, it also riches in short construction period, high tensile strength, acid and alkali and corrosion resistance, non-irritating and non-toxic odour. It can be used in any severe environment and constructed in some places where people are living. It is bendable, wrappable and has great superiority in reinforcement profiled components.

In the afternoon, in order to fulfill Hamdan’s expect, Mankate’s technician had showed the live installation of self-undercutting anchor with alloy steel grade 5.8. At very beginning, Hamdan was curious about whether the load capacity of it could reach 4 tons. After a pull-out test, he was reassured, its natural load capacity could reach 43.69KN, and the maximum load capacity even can reach 55.4KN, which deeply surprised Hamdan, who took out his telephone and noted down this surprising finding by taking many pictures.

After seeing the installation of anchor, Mankate’s technician who is in charge of researching and producing adhesives showed Hamdan how to paste the carbon fiber sheet. Through the whole process, he was amazed. Because he has never seen this before, and explained his high appreciation about the great strength of carbon fiber sheet to his accompanied interpreter, “it is very strong, just like steel!”

After seeing Mankate’s factory and products, Hamdan expressed his gratitude and approval to Mankate. He had brought many samples sent by Mankate, and promised he would show his customers and introduce them this enterprise that always strives for innovation, improvement, high quality and great service.
