Here Comes 2016 Exchange about Bridge's Prestress & Cable Force Construction & Intelligent Detecting and Control

  Bridges as the "throat" of transportation, its importance and security play a more and more significant role. Recently, potential security risk caused by different reasons emerging in endlessly.Among them, not enough controllability upon quality during prestress and cable force construction also results in partial potential risks. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of bridges construction, standardability and accuracy of construction should be enhanced. Therefore, 2016"Exchange about Bridge's Prestress & Cable Force Construction & Intelligent Detecting and Control" was hosted on 15th-17th, Dec. NanjingMankate, devoting ourselves to reserach and produce of new prestress reversed tensioning products, was invited to attend this convention,communicating together with professors and getting more new understanding about prestress tensioning technology.

During the convention, professor Li Wenqi made the report,"since 1951 to 1979, there are 242 living examples showed that corrosion cracking happened to prestressed steel, including 75% stress corrosion cracking(SCC). Therefore,there were less than 50% bridges' lifetime longer than five years. The stress corrosion cracking of steel with high strength has severely damaged the safety and durability of prestressed concrete structual, which should be paid much more attention. "

For further minds exchange, technician Qian Chunshen from Nanjing Mankate had proposed questions about external cable and anchorage mbedding depth. Wonderful communication growed vigorously. For example, for ensuring the safety and durabilty of bridges, process controlling equipments and

results verifying equipments should be tested and approved by state-certified authority; construction participants should enhance quality consciousness,promote the construction management system with high quality and favorable price, for dealing with long-time down-wrapping and cracking happened to prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge.
