What's Corrosion Resistant Surface Treatment Of Mechanical Anchor?

Dec. 28, 2016

According to different requirements, NJMKT can produce products abounding in different corrosion resistance technologies. Here are several corrosion resistance technologies that are commonly used, and you can also decide what kind of technology you’d like to chose:

New high corrosion resistance technology
NJMKT exclusive and panted high corrosion resistance technology

Features:
1. Capacity of extreme high corrosion resistance, there is no rust rising in neutral salt spray test for 3100 hours (while for stainless steel, there will be rust rising after 600 hours).
2. Even clad layer with bright appearance.
3. The thickness of clad layer is 18-20 micron, high screw-thread fit. (the thickness of clad layer has direct influence on screw-thread, if clad layer is thick, under tighten screw, galvanization will be fail to make difference on the threaded portion. While under loose screw, drawing force will be influenced and screw loose will happen to screw thread)

Electrogalvanizing:
It is also called cold galvanizing. By electrolysis, there will be an even and dense metal layer on the surface of mechanical anchor.

Features:
1.Good corrosion resistance, with even and dense metal layer, it is hard for corrosive gas or liquidity to permeate into anchor.
2.After chromic acid passivation, there will various colors can be chosen by customers. The zinc coating abounds in beautiful appearance, and good ductility. Even after various buckling, transportation or impact, it will not fall off easily.

Hot galvanizing
It is also called hot dipping, immersing steel components into molten galvanizing zinc to gain metal layer.

Features:
1.Lower handling expanse.
2.Good reliability: it is metallurgical bonding between zinc coating and steel, which becomes a part of steel surface. Therefore, this zinc coating abounds in reliable ductility.
3.Easy test: hot galvanizing zinc coating is visible, and non-destructive coating thickness test can be made.
