Let's See The Construction Guide Of Post-install The Rebar!

  As we know, adhesive anchor matched with modified epoxy resin adhesive abounds in high performance in anchoring force, high tensile strength, shear strength and load bearing capacity. With wider and wider application, it is neccessary for us to get to know the practical construction(the installation vedio) of post-installing the rebar.

  1. Drill the hole
Preset the dimension for avoiding
  2. Clean the hole
Use the professional brush and high pressure air gun to clean the hole.(Note: it's better to clear the hole for three times based on the above method)

  3. Inject the adhesive
Give the extruded adhesive for three times for ensuring even adhesive and curing effect. Inject the adhesive by lifting the glue gun outwards; the volume of injected adhesive is 2/3 of the volume of drilled hole.

  4. Install the rebar
Rotate the rebar in advance, which can effectively reduce the cavity inside the drilled hole. Use the hammer to hit the rebar to the bottom of the drilled hole and then amend the position of rebar.
  5. Maintenance
No rotating and hitting exerted on the rebar during the curing of adhesive.
