Come With Us To Know The Construction Guide Of The Carbon Fiber Sheet!

  Before the constrcution, preparing all the necessary materials: impregnating adhesive, carbon fiber adhesive premier, leveling adhesive, carbon fiber sheet, ruler and scissor for cutting the carbon fiber sheet, angle grinder and steel brush for grinding, scraper and roller for pasting the carbon fiber sheet and weigher. All the materials are manufactured by Nanjing Mankate. Before pasting the carbon fiber sheet, cutting it along the middle of two heat melt glue line for avoiding sheet scattering.
  1. Polish the surface of base material
Making sure there is an even, clean and dry surface. The rounding diameter of beam and column is 20mm and 25mm respectively 
  2. Paste the carbon fiber adhesive premier by roller
Mixing the adhesive evenly and fully in container, then using the roller to paste the carbon fiber adhesive premier
  3. Paste repair & leveling adhesive
The component A : B=2:1. Mixing the adhesive evenly and fully and repairing the uneven surface.

  4. Paste impregnating adhesive
First mixing the impregnating adhesive evenly and fully. And making sure that there is enough adhesive for bonding the carbon fiber sheet.
  5. Paste the carbon fiber sheet
Keeping the sheet straight and ductile, and using the scraper blad to scrape the sheet

  6. Paste the impregnating adhesive again by roller
Pasting the impregnating adhesive again for fully adhesive infiltration
  7. Eliminate the bubble and cavity
Using scraper to scrape the carbon fiber sheet repeatedly to eliminate the bubbles
  8. Paste the adhesive again to infiltrate the sheet and then scrape the sheet repeately to eliminate the bubbles
  9. Spray the sand
Spraying the sand(diameter:1.5-3mm) on the surface of impregnated carbon fiber sheet, ensuring the adhesion of painting layer
