The Test Report Of NJMKT Carbon Fiber Impregnating Adhesive For Underwater Use Guarantees The Product Quality!

  As the previous text showed, NJMKT carbon fiber impregnating adhesvie can be used for underwater construction. In order to reassure our customers' concern about the possibility and security about it, today we will show you the test report:
Firstly, its test criterion are: GB50728-2011 《Technical code for safety appraisal of engineering structural strengthening materials》(sheet 4.2.5)(Appendix G), GB/T 7124-2008 《Adhesive-Determination of tensile lap-shear strength of rigid-to-rigid bonded assemblies》. Then the test item: the standard value & average value of steel to steel tension-shear strength, etc. 6 items in total.

  Finally there is the test conclusion: * After test, item 1~4 meets GB50728-2011 (sheet 4.2.5) the technical requirements for basic property appraisal of underwater-curing structural adhesive which can be applied on the wet surface construction. Item 5 is tested according to GB/T 7124-2008, item 6 is tested according to GB50728-2011 (Appendix G).

 Notes: 1. Steel to steel T impact & peel length: impact height is 305mm, the weight of impacted body is 903g, the testing piece has been made blasting treatment; the strength of concrete is C45.
